Welcome to UNI ARC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UNI ARC mobile application and website ("Service"), operated by B12M2 Inc. and UniIntel ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Accounts & Registration
When you create an account in our App, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2. Content Aggregation & Intellectual Property
UNI ARC is a news intelligence tool that aggregates public news articles, summarizes content using artificial intelligence, and links directly back to the original publishers. We do not claim ownership of the aggregated news articles. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in the aggregated news belong to their respective publishers.
The Service itself (excluding user-submitted bookmarks/feedback and publisher news content), including its original code, styling, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of B12M2 Inc. and its licensors.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service or the servers on which it is hosted.
- To reverse engineer or decompile the application binary.
- To use automated tools (crawlers, bots) to scrape the proprietary summaries generated by our service.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the summaries generated by our artificial intelligence are always perfectly accurate or complete. You should verify any critical information from the original publisher link provided in the App.
In no event shall B12M2 Inc. or UniIntel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
